DRIVER RESTRICTIONS/UNDERAGE SURCHARGE
Minimum Age : 23 Maximum: 70 years. However, underage drivers aged 21 years or 22 years holding valid licenses for at least one year will be charged an additional US$6.00 per day.

AUTO COVERAGE
Third Party Insurance: Full third party insurance is included in the rental charges.

Damage to Vehicle Waiver-D.V.W. : The Hirer is responsible for the full cost of damage or loss to the rented vehicle. This can be reduced or eliminated by the two options of D.V.W. listed below :
Option 1
The hirer can limit liability for loss/damage to the rented vehicle by paying a Damage to Vehicle Waiver (D.V.W). The D.V.W charge per day and the liability for each vehicle type is as follows: - Cars/Suzuki Jimny = US$12.00 per day/US$750.00 - Hiace Bus/Mitsubishi Space Wagon/Suzuki Grand Vitara = US$15.00 per day/US$1200.00 - Luxury cars = US$12.00 per day/US$1200.00
N.B. If option one is taken, the liability amounts of US$750.00 and US$1,200.00 will be taken as deposit. These will be refunded if there is no loss or damage to the rented vehicle.

Option 2
The Hirer can fully eliminate his/her liability from the full cost in case of damage/loss to the rented vehicle by purchasing the D.V.W at a daily cost of US$25.00 per day for some cars and jeeps, and US$40.00 per day for buses, Space Wagons, Vitaras and Luxury cars.
N.B. If option two is taken, a nominal deposit of between US$250.00 and US$450.00 will be required. This deposit will not be used to cover damage/loss, but will only be used if the vehicle is kept overdue and therefore leaving a balance due to us. This deposit is refundable and can be paid by cash, travellers cheques or a major credit card.

Credit Card Auto Coverage:
For USA issued cards only Both MasterCard Gold/Platinum and Diners Club offer full collision damage waiver cover. You may therefore decline to purchase D.V.W. In the event of loss/damage to the rented vehicle you will be billed directly and upon making a claim to your credit card company, you will be reimbursed by them.
For Canadian issued cards only
Visa Gold, MasterCard Gold, American Express Gold and Diners Club offer full collision damage waiver cover. You may therefore decline to purchase D.V.W.
In the event of loss/damage to the rented vehicle you will be billed directly and upon making a claim to your credit card company, you will be reimbursed by them.

Rest of the World
Cards issued outside of the USA or Canada, while acceptable for payment, will not be accepted for full insurance coverage. Clients may opt to purchase our Damage to Vehicle Waiver, or if they still wish to decline our DVW the following would apply:
1. In the event of a loss/damage, the client must pursue their own claim for compensation with their card company. Island will not be able to act on their behalf.

2. A security deposit equal to the full value of the vehicle will have to be taken and will be refunded at the end of the rental if there is no loss/damage

Personal Accident Insurance: This can be purchased at daily rate of US$3.00. It covers the Driver and up to four(4) passengers in the Hired vehicle.

Free delivery and pickup within a one mile radius of any branch location.

INTER-CITY FEE
There is no charge for Pick Up of Vehicle from one Branch and returning to different Branch.

PETROL DEPOSIT
A deposit for a full tank is taken at the beginning of the rental. Simply return with a full tank for a refund.

RATE STRUCTURE
Rates to be charged based on the day of collection. No increase or reduction applies if the rental continues into a high or low season.

High season: Dec. 15 - Jan. 10 - Mar. 20 - April 30 - July 1 - Aug. 31
Low season: Jan. 11 - Mar. 19 - May 1 - June 30 Sept. 1 - Dec. 14
