| We recommend inquiring up to one year in advance for your luxury holiday rentals. It would be best to have all papers and details settled 6 - 8 months prior to departure in order to ensure availability of the Villa you have selected, for your requested dates. |

| Avance booking however, does not mean that reservations are limited to several months before departure. On occasions "last minute" bookings have been accommodated but we do not encourage such practices for obvious reasons.
