| If you are traveling to the Caribbean between June and November, please note that this is considered hurricane season.
We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect
your investment as individual villas owners may not rebate rentals paid.
Subject to the policy of the individual Villa owners:
Should a hurricane (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) threaten your destination, guests staying at one of our Villas are eligible to receive a reimbursement for the cost of the accommodation for the number of disrupted nights.
For guests who have paid in advance and are unable to travel, they will have the following options:
1. We will make available accommodation at that same Villa for the same number of disrupted nights for use during the same "price" period within the next eighteen (18) months (Holiday periods excluded), subject to availability.
OR
2. Provide a full Refund of the rental paid (Less an administrative fee of 15%). All Refunds will be paid within thirty to forty-five (30 to 45) days of the receipt of notice of cancellation.
If after a refund has been issued, another Villa is booked with Personal Choice Villas by the same guests (for travel within twelve months of notice of cancellation), the 15% Administrative fee will be applied towards the payment of the new rental.

help with either extending your vacation or rescheduling at another time |
