All rooms on the first level open to a wide stone terrace. On the first level, there is a spacious living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen.
On the villa's third level is a comfortable family/sitting room opening to a balcony and equipped with a large-screen television and DVD player. The pool terrace and covered bar seating area is ideal for outdoor living, dining and relaxation. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean, Discovery Bay and the mountains beyond, the atmosphere discriminating people expect of fine Jamaica villa rentals.
The main beach at the villa is a cove inside the bay, and the two smaller beaches directly face the Caribbean Sea. For outdoor dining there is the dramatic, secluded, seaside dining area where one can enjoy the waves breaking over honeycombed rocks at the entrance to the Bay. This beautiful atmosphere only enhances the exqusite tastes of Pauline's incomparable cooking.
Guests can enjoy a game of squash on the indoor court, a workout in the fitness center, kayaking, swimming or snorkeling in the blue waters of the Caribbean. This is a perfect setting for groups seeking to rent Caribbean villas.
There is a fully equipped business center, and plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained.
You and your party enjoy exclusive use of the Villa and all amenities, whether you rent some or all rooms. It will be your villa, your pool, and your amenities & your staff - Enjoy!
Damage deposits are fully refundable, normally, within 10 days of your departure, provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items, no additional cleaning for villas left abnormally dirty, long-distance calls charged to the villa’s telephone, and no other charges, incurred by you, before, during or after your stay, still outstanding.
The Damage Deposits, determined by the Villa Owners, for most of our villas is US$500 per week, (There are exceptions with higher deposit requirements).
No charges will be assessed if no damage occurs during your stay. If partial damage does occur, we will assess and substantiate the appropriate amount.
Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the villa is prohibited.
If you have paid by credit card, we will charge damage against your credit card only if necessary and we will advise you in advance.
The Damage Deposit for this Villa is: $1,000 USD.
Arrival in Jamaica & at your Villa:
Airline reservations should be made for you to arrive in Jamaica at the Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ).
All passengers should:
1. Clear immigration - you need to know the name & location of your Villa
2. Claim your luggage
3. Proceed through Customs
Go directly to the desk of ISLAND CAR RENTALS. Your personal driver will be awaiting your arrival.
He/She will guide and assist you to the vehicle specifically reserved for your party, then, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the scenic drive.
If you use porters the suggested tip is $1.00/bag.
When you arrive at your Villa, you will be met by the staff. They will have prepared a welcome snack and drinks. A quick tour you of the property will be provided and you will be asked to select your rooms and relax before dinner.
Your pre-stocking request will normally provide enough supplies for your first night's dinner and breakfast the next morning. You will be given a bill that can be paid at the local grocery store by cash (USD are acceptable) or credit card (VISA is preferred) the next day.
Dinner will be served by your staff at the location of your choice - possibly on a terrace overlooking the sea, garden or in a formal indoor dining room.

Staff and Services:
The staff is the true joy of a Jamaican villa experience. They are wonderfully accommodating.
Staffing will vary by Villa, but typically includes Housekeeper/Cook/Gardener & night security
Some Villas may also include: Butler, Trained Chef, Chambermaid and Driver.
Your Full professional Villa staff includes: 2 butlers, cook, 2 housekeepers, laundress and gardener & security
Your cook will handle grocery shopping and meal preparation. An initial supply of food and liquor is purchased in advance and is normally sufficient for two days. Guests are responsible for payment to the store that provides the supplies.
She will finish the week's shopping after meeting with you, she will present receipts for all purchases made on your behalf and reconcile your account.
Additional alcohol and or specialty foods requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with her, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review the choices with her your and she'll handle it, all while you stay at the villa and relax.
Your laundress will care for every detail of your bedroom and bath providing fresh linens and flowers, returning your neatly-folded laundry, and turning down your bed each evening. The gardener will maintain the pool and grounds immaculately each day. Some villas are staffed by a butler as well who serves, tends bar and generally facilitates
Warning: Jamaican cooks are excellent and portions are generous!
Available on request are Drivers, Nannies and Masseuses. (Our Masseuses make house calls)
It is customary to tip your staff at the conclusion of your stay.
Typically the largest tip percentage would go to the Supervisor/Chef/cook, with the remained divided up among the other staff members.
Your staff can be an invaluable source of local information.
Weddings and Special Events
Keela Wee Villa is a great venue for weddings of up to 75 persons or, Cocktail receptions for up to 75 persons

Parties and weddings: Permission must be obtained in advance. Each villa is somewhat different so we ask that you request our guidelines on the villa of your choice. Surcharges: Some villas require a location fee or a per person surcharge for guests in excess of the normal capacity of the villa., and/or a damage deposit.
Getting Married in Jamaica:
Visitors can be married just 24 hour after arriving in Jamaica providing prior application has been made and approved for a marriage license.
Marriage License: A marriage license must be obtained from the Ministry of National Security. The process takes approximately four (4) weeks. The following documentation is required for all persons wishing to get married in Jamaica:
Italian nationals celebrating their wedding in Jamaica must notify their embassy and a certified copy of their marriage certificate forwarded to their embassy to be legalized and translated. French Canadians need a notarized translated copy of all documents and a photocopy of the original French documents.

In June 1992, Sandals Resorts International purchased Upton GC and set about creating the Most Elite Golf Course In Jamaica.

It is approximately one hours drive east of Montego Bay and approximately 30 minutes west of Ocho Rios.
There are approximately one dozen luxury Villas located along this beautiful sea front and private area - Fortlands Road. The majority of these Villas are owned by wealthy Jamaican families and you will find that there is a certain sense of community about staying here.
As you approach the entrance to Fortlands Road, you will pass Puerto Seco Beach, a beautiful white sand public beach from which some local fishermen operate. Puerto Seco Beach is a popular location for Jamaicans on the weekends.
