ARRIVALS
Imagine landing in Jamaica and being escorted through the arrivals terminal avoiding all the standing and long lines! Let us take care of you by enhancing your airport experience upon arrival in Jamaica.
One of our trained airport specialists will meet you at the aircraft as you disembark and fast track you through the immigration authorities. We will coordinate your baggage retrieval, offer a welcome beverage and a cold towel whilst we connect you with your resort representative or ground transportation.
Our 'Arrival VIP Meet and Greet Service will ensure the following::
  • A personal greeter from the plane
  • Escorted and Fast Tracked through Immigration
  • Coordinate and accompany you to the arrival hall
  • Connect you with your ground transportation or resort check in
  • Receive a complimentary refreshment and cold towel
  • Receive your documents for your return journey with Club Mobay or Club Kingston

    Car Rentals For many Villa locations, a car rental is a wonderful way to provide private independent transportation.  In jamaica, we provide a full range of vehicles with unlimited mileage and 24 hour emergency roadside assistance.  You may pick up that car from our desk inside the Airport or, we will deliver the vehicle to your Vill - free of charge.  Should you have excess luggage, we will deliver your luggage along with your rental vehicle.

     


     

    Private Vehicle & Driver If you wish to be comfortably transported without the need to concentrate on driving, our transfer service with driver has been especially designed to meet that need. This service is available for travel throughout Jamaica. Our drivers are prompt, courteous and their knowledge of Jamaica, the terrain and driving conditions in Jamaica will allow you to just sit back and relax.
  • We will use a spacious air-conditioned sedan, luxury super saloon model or a twelve or twenty-nine-seater bus depending on the numbers in your party.

     

    Meet and Greet Your Personal Concierge ensures a seamless arrival by coordinating, in advance, your entire party's flight details with our on-site greeters. We can meet you at the plane and whisk effortlessly you through the arrival process, providing the option of the luxury arrival lounge for your comfort and convenience should you have to wait for your local transportation.   All guests are given a personal introduction to their Villa and Villa surrounding, including important contact numbers and local information.

    Villa Pre-Stocking After a long flight, the last thing you want to worry about is shopping for food.  We will pre-stock your Villa with a minimum 48 hour supply of provisions, based on your specific request or on a selection specially designed for the needs of your family and/or friends.  Please notify us of ann dietary reqyuirements.  A meal with refreshments will await your arrival at your Villa.

    Chef/Cook Services Some Villas are staffed with a trained chef while other Villas employ the services of professional chefs for specific meals or events.  Your personal chef can work with you to create a special menu and dining experience designed just for you and your event.
     
    Tours and Activities Enjoy the flavor and experiences of Jamaica - Our local partners, with personable and professional drivers/guides offer the standard as well as the exotic, giving you the option seeing different Jamaica - Experiences that will stay with you long after you have returned home.

    Special Events Have something to celebrate? Our Concierge Team are experts in helping you coordinate one-of-a-kind events such as Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions and more. Just let us know what you have in mind! We are also happy to suggest a wedding coordinator for those planning to host their special day at one of our villas.

    Spa Services Feel truly pampered with spa services sent right to your villa. Our Personal Concierge wil coordinate with local contacts to offer custom, relaxing spa "menus"according to your exact needs. Private yoga instruction is another guest favorite.

    Helicopter ServiceFor those eager get their vacation started, a helicopter ride with inflight music from the airport to your Jamaican Villa or Hotel is the answer! This combined with ground transportation is also an ideal way to hop from one end of the island to the other for sightseeing & other activities!
